Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slice(s) bread, (wheat bread)
  • 2 tsp, leveled butter
  • 100 g cucumber(s)
  • 60 g Lyoner, alternatively meat sausage
  • 60 g Edam cheese
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Pepper, black, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Spread the bread slices with butter. Peel the cucumber. Cut the cucumber, cheese, and sausage into small cubes, mix, and season with paprika and pepper. Spread the mixture on the bread and place under the preheated grill for 2-3 minutes. The toast can also be baked in the oven. The baking time will then increase to 10-15 minutes.
