Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • ⅛ liter milk
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 lemons, the juice
  • Lemon slices (untreated)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the quark with milk, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
