Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 3 carrots
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g butter
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Grate the carrots and finely chop the onions. Mix together with the tomato paste and softened butter. If you want it quick and extra fine, grate the carrots and onions in a food processor. Great for a party buffet.
