Spelled Dinnede with Rocket
The perfect spelled dinnede with rocket recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Yeast dough
- 500 g Wholemeal spelled flour
- 40 g Yeast
- 100 Millil Lukewarm water
- 4 cl Liquid butter
- Salt
- Ruccola sour cream
- 100 g Sour cream
- 2 cl Liquid butter
- 1 handful Ruccola
- Sweet cream
- Salt pepper
- Covering
- 2 piece Peeled potatoes cooked
- Salt, nutmeg
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 Discs Bacon
Yeast dough
- Crumble the yeast in 100 ml of lukewarm water, add a pinch of sugar and stir.
- Put the flour in a mixing bowl, pour the yeast mixture into a flour trough and dust with flour. Let rise for 20 minutes.
- Add the melted butter and salt to the pre-dough and use the food processor to make a smooth yeast dough.
- Let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Knead and let rise for another 30 minutes
- Approx. 300 grams of yeast dough are needed for 2 people. The remaining yeast dough can be frozen, or you can bake fresh rolls from it when the oven is hot.
Ruccola sour cream
- Finely chop the rubcola.
- Mix the sour cream with melted butter, a dash of cream and rocket.
- Salt and pepper, chill.
Covering
- Cut the cooked and peeled potatoes into slices, season with salt and nutmeg.
- Peel and halve the onions and cut into thin (half) rings. Fry in butter until golden. Keep warm.
- Bacon cut into strips and fry until crispy. Drain on a kitchen towel and keep warm.
Prepare dinnede.
- I put a pizza brick on the wire rack and slide the whole thing onto the middle rack in the oven. Then preheat to 250 degrees O / U. The pizza stone should be well hot. You can of course also use a baking sheet, but then the baking time changes.
- Shape the yeast dough into 2 balls of 150 grams each. Roll out each ball into a long flat cake.
- Spread the dinnede flatbreads with rocket sour cream and top with potato slices.
- Bake Dinnede in the oven for 4 minutes and turn on the grill for another 3 minutes.
Serving
- Arrange dinnede on a suitable wooden board, for example, top with fried onions, bacon and / or rocket. Good Appetite.
