Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 580 g natural yogurt, 3.5% fat
- 1 jar lemon curd, 320 g e.g. Chivers
- 50 g whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
makes approx. 750 ml.
Pre-chill the ice cream maker. Combine the yogurt, lemon curd, and cream in a blender, pour it into the ice cream maker, and freeze (mine takes about 55 minutes). Makes about 750 ml. My ultimate summer ice cream!
