Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 70 g flaxseed, crushed
  • 4 tbsp, heaped spelt bran
  • 2 tbsp, heaped spelt flour
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 180 g gluten
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 1 tsp, heaped salt
  • 1 tsp, heaped bread spice mix, finely ground
  • 120 ml water
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Low carb, suitable for Montignac

Place all ingredients in the bread maker’s container and set the program to whole-grain bread. Note from Chefkoch.de: Because flaxseed contains relatively high levels of cadmium, the German Federal Center for Nutrition recommends consuming no more than 20 g of flaxseed per day. Your daily bread consumption should be adjusted accordingly.
