Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g quark or ricotta
- 1 bunch of chives, cut into fine rolls
- 1 handful of basil, roughly chopped
- 1 handful of oregano, roughly chopped
- ½ bunch arugula, chopped
- 1 tbsp, heaped walnuts, chopped
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tbsp sweet mustard
- e.g. cayenne pepper
- n. B. Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
For a hearty breakfast or dinner
Place the quark in a bowl and mix well with both mustards. Crush the garlic and season with cayenne pepper and salt. Stir in the herbs, arugula, and nuts and serve with crusty bread.
