Smokey's herb mustard spread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark or ricotta
  • 1 bunch of chives, cut into fine rolls
  • 1 handful of basil, roughly chopped
  • 1 handful of oregano, roughly chopped
  • ½ bunch arugula, chopped
  • 1 tbsp, heaped walnuts, chopped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tbsp sweet mustard
  • e.g. cayenne pepper
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For a hearty breakfast or dinner

Place the quark in a bowl and mix well with both mustards. Crush the garlic and season with cayenne pepper and salt. Stir in the herbs, arugula, and nuts and serve with crusty bread.
