Dieter's radish salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bunch radishes cut into sticks, slices or wafers and salted
  • 30 ml balsamic vinegar, white
  • 50 ml coffee cream
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 20 ml oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 50 g cheese (Roquefort), finely diced
  • a few stalks of chives, in rolls (garnish)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with Roquefort cheese

Mix the ingredients together to make a dressing. Mix with the radishes and let it sit for a while. Garnish with chives.
