Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bunch radishes cut into sticks, slices or wafers and salted
- 30 ml balsamic vinegar, white
- 50 ml coffee cream
- 1 sugar cube
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 20 ml oil (rapeseed oil)
- 50 g cheese (Roquefort), finely diced
- a few stalks of chives, in rolls (garnish)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with Roquefort cheese
Mix the ingredients together to make a dressing. Mix with the radishes and let it sit for a while. Garnish with chives.
