Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 360 g mango(s), diced
  • 160 g kiwi(s), diced
  • 480 g pineapple, diced
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 1:2

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the fruit with the gelling sugar, let it steep for about half an hour if necessary. Then bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Immediately fill the jam into jars and seal. Once the sugar has dissolved, I blend it with a hand blender so the jam isn’t as chunky. My kids don’t like chunky jam. Makes about 4-5 jars.
