Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups mayonnaise (125 g each)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice

Mix all ingredients and pour into a ring tin. Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
