  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 250 ml apple juice (naturally cloudy)
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 3 to 1

Instructions

Combine sliced ​​pears, lemon juice, apple juice, and preserving sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Briefly puree the mixture in a food processor and return it to a boil in the pan. Pour the hot jam into freshly rinsed jars, seal tightly, and let stand upside down for 10 minutes, then turn it upside down to cool.
