Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1.2 kg pear(s) (peeled, pitted)
- 50 ml lemon juice
- 250 ml apple juice (naturally cloudy)
- 500 g gelling sugar, 3 to 1
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine sliced pears, lemon juice, apple juice, and preserving sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Briefly puree the mixture in a food processor and return it to a boil in the pan. Pour the hot jam into freshly rinsed jars, seal tightly, and let stand upside down for 10 minutes, then turn it upside down to cool.
