Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion(s)
- 500 g bell pepper(s), cut into strips
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 250 g tagliatelle pasta
- salt water
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Brown the minced meat in a little oil until crumbly, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the onion, diced or sliced, and cook the pasta in salted water until tender and drain. Once the meat is cooked through, add the bell pepper strips and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Add the tomato paste and cream cheese, season to taste, and serve with the pasta.
