- 150 g Soft butter
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 250 g Sugar
- 250 ml Milk
- 20 g Vanilla sugar
- 500 g Flour
- 2 tbsp Lemon peel
- 20 g Baking powder
- Powdered sugar
- Beat the butter in a mixing bowl until frothy. Separate the eggs.
- Add the egg yolks to the butter and mix with the sugar, milk, vanilla sugar, flour, lemon zest and baking powder to form a batter.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter.
- Spread the dough evenly in a bundt pan and bake at 180 degrees for an hour.
- Turn the cake out of the mold, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with caramel sauce, for example.
