Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 g strawberries
  • 300 g banana(s)
  • 1 pack of citric acid
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar, extra

Preparation: Wash, drain, stem, and finely chop the strawberries, then weigh out 700g. Peel and finely chop the bananas, then weigh out 300g. Preparation: Combine the fruit and citric acid in a saucepan with the extra gelling sugar. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Boil gently for at least 3 minutes, then remove from the heat. Skim off any excess foam and immediately fill prepared jars to the brim. Secure with twist-off lids, turn upside down, and let stand with the lid on for about 5 minutes.
