Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 120 g white chocolate
- 120 g butter
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 120 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 60 g flour or
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla and
- 20 g flour
- 250 g cream cheese
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
For the blondie mixture, melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan and let it cool briefly. Mix the sugar and vanilla sugar and stir into the butter mixture. Now gradually add the eggs, one at a time, while whisking vigorously (it’s best to beat each egg for 1 minute). Finally, add the flour or the flour mixed with the custard powder and continue whisking briefly. Pour the mixture into a well-greased dish and set aside briefly. For the cheese mixture, put all the ingredients in a bowl and beat for at least 1 minute until creamy. (You can add more or less sugar depending on your taste, and if you like, you can add more cocoa.) Carefully pour the cheese mixture onto the blondie dough and, if you like, create a pattern with a fork. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 40 minutes. Let it cool briefly and then cut into any size squares or rectangles! Since these cakes are very sweet, you can also reduce the sugar!
