Banana Nutella pancakes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 jar Nutella
  • 2 bananas
  • powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Make a pancake batter from flour, eggs, milk, and salt and fry pancakes in batches in clarified butter or oil. Slice the bananas. Spread the pancakes with Nutella, top with banana slices, and fold them into a triangle. Sprinkle with powdered sugar to serve.
