Combine the meat with the soaked and squeezed bread roll, egg, and finely chopped onion to form a meat dough. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and paprika. Place half of the mixture into a greased and breadcrumbed loaf pan. Wrap ham slices around the thickly and thinly sliced cheese pieces, press them into the center of the meat dough, spread the remaining dough over the meatloaf, and press down firmly. Bake the meatloaf in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 60 minutes. Let the meatloaf cool slightly, remove it from the pan, and serve sliced. Garnish with tomato wedges and dill.
