Ham and minced meat rolls

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Breadcrumbs or 0.5 rolls, softened in milk
  • 6 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • ½ bottle chili sauce or salsa
  • 1 cup of cream
  • Cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare the minced meat with the minced meat, finely chopped onion, egg, salt and pepper, and breadcrumbs or softened bread. Spread the minced meat over the cooked ham and roll into 6 rolls. Layer in a baking dish. Mix half a bottle of salsa and the cup of cream and pour over the rolls. Finally, sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) until the cheese is browned.
