Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg plum(s)
  • 1 kg gelling sugar, 1:1
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 4 cl liqueur (plum liqueur)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pit the plums and boil them in a little water for about 35 minutes, then pass them through a food mill. Collect the jam, mix it with the sugar, and bring to a boil. Add the lemon juice, cinnamon, and liqueur and boil for another 2 minutes. Pour the jam into twist-off jars and seal. Turn the jars upside down and let cool.
