Feta cheese – peppers – olive salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g sheep cheese, Turkish
  • 200 g olives, green with stone
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (Pul Biber), to taste and spice preference
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil with lime
  • Parsley, flat as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

as a starter or salad for dinner

Roughly dice the feta cheese and bell peppers, and finely dice the garlic. Thinly slice the lemon. Drizzle everything with the chili flakes and olive oil, mix lightly, and let it sit for at least an hour. Just before serving, sprinkle with some coarsely chopped parsley and serve with freshly baked flatbread.
