Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Fat, for frying
  • 300 g plum(s)
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sift the flour into a bowl and season with salt. Gradually stir in the eggs and milk. Stir the batter until smooth; it should run thickly from the spoon. Heat the oil in a pan. Drop a thin layer of batter into the hot oil, fry until golden brown, turn over, and finish cooking. Chop the plums slightly, if desired, mix with the sugar and cinnamon, and place in the center of the pancakes. Fold the pancakes together and serve while still hot.
