Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter, soft
- ½ orange(s), organic
- 1 stalk horseradish, small and fresh or 2 tsp from the jar
- 1 pinch(s) sugar
- Salt and pepper, from the mill
Instructions

with freshly baked bread and a salad
Smooth the butter in a soup bowl with a fork. Grate half an orange directly onto the butter. Peel the horseradish and grate it onto the butter. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar.
