Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter, soft
  • ½ orange(s), organic
  • 1 stalk horseradish, small and fresh or 2 tsp from the jar
  • 1 pinch(s) sugar
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with freshly baked bread and a salad

Smooth the butter in a soup bowl with a fork. Grate half an orange directly onto the butter. Peel the horseradish and grate it onto the butter. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar.
