Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, wide
  • 250 g meatloaf slices
  • 5 dl cream (half cream)
  • 2 dl milk
  • 250 g cheese, grated
  • ½ tube(s) tomato puree
  • Water (salt water)
  • Fat for the mold
  • Spice(s) of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Grease an ovenproof dish. Cut the meatloaf into cubes. For the topping, combine the cream, milk, half of the grated cheese, and the tomato puree; season well. Layer the pasta, meatloaf, and grated cheese in the dish. Pour the topping over the pasta, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and bake in the oven at 200°C for approximately 20-25 minutes, until a golden cheese crust forms.
