Doner kebab noodle casserole with hollandaise sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 pack of frozen doner meat
  • 1 bag of cheese, grated
  • 2 onions
  • 1 dash of garlic oil
  • 1 packet of hollandaise sauce

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick, tasty and easy

First, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Defrost and heat the frozen doner meat in a microwave/skillet/oven. Chop the onions as desired and then fry briefly in a pan until translucent. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and place it in a suitable casserole dish along with the doner meat and onions. Drizzle with a dash of garlic oil and mix well. Then add the hollandaise sauce and mix well. Stir in half the package of cheese and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Now place in the oven at 180 degrees fan-assisted for about 15 minutes. If desired, you can also activate the top heat towards the end to create a crispy layer of cheese.
