Rye rolls – makes about 10 pieces

Combine the different types of flour with baking powder, salt, and spices. Add the wheat beer and stir everything into a smooth batter. Place two tablespoonfuls of the rolls on the baking sheet. Dust with flour. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. Leave the tray in the oven for another 5 minutes with the oven off. I’ve also made these rolls as a whole-grain roll using only rye meal.
