Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 10 eggs
  • 350 g sugar
  • 750 g wheat flour
  • 1 ¼ liters of milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pack applesauce
  • 100 g sugar
  • 10 g cinnamon powder

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Crack the eggs one at a time into a large mixing bowl. Add the sugar, flour, milk, vanilla sugar, and salt and mix with a hand mixer. Heat a nonstick pan, add a little oil, and heat. Then, using a ladle, pour the prepared crepe batter into the hot pan and cook on both sides. It’s easier with a “Crepomat,” which simply pours the batter into the 6 small cavities, resulting in evenly sized crepes. Keep the crepes warm. Mix the cinnamon with the sugar and serve with the applesauce over the crepes.
