Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pancake

Combine the sugar and eggs in a bowl and mix well, then stir in the flour and milk, ensuring there are no lumps. Add the oil to a pan and heat well. Ladle a little of the batter into the pan. Cook the pancakes until golden brown on each side. Repeat until all the batter is used up. To serve, sprinkle sugar, jam, or applesauce on the pancakes, or enjoy them plain. If you like them sweeter, you can add more sugar to the batter. It’s super tasty for kids and incredibly quick to make.
