Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml water
  • 110 g flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mash the bananas with a fork and add the remaining ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms. Pour oil into a shallow pan (preferably a crepe pan) and cook on the stovetop like crepes. Delicious with Nutella or jam.
