Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g oat flakes, fine
- 170 g whole milk, 3.5% fat
- 20 g sugar
- 1 m.-sized apple
- 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder

quick breakfast for the microwave
Peel the apple and cut it into very small pieces, about 5 mm each. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and microwave for about 3 minutes at 800 watts. Snack on the apple peels while you do this. Then mix thoroughly again. If the consistency is too firm, you can add a little more milk. If you prefer the apple pieces a little crunchy, add them at the end. Approximately 500 kcal per serving.
