Dark chocolate muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 200 g chocolate, 85% cocoa content
  • 100 g butter
  • 150 g sugar, brown
  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

My own recipe. Makes 12 muffins.

Melt approximately 150g of chocolate with the butter. Whisk the eggs with milk and sugar until fluffy, then stir in the chocolate and butter. Then add the flour and baking powder and quickly mix everything together. Cut the remaining chocolate into small pieces and fold them in at the end. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F), pour the batter into the muffin tin, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
