Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g salami, diced
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled, diced
  • 2 gherkins, diced
  • 200 g cream cheese (1.5% fat)
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic
  • Paprika powder
  • lemon juice
  • chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Mix the cream cheese with spices and lemon juice, then stir in all the other ingredients. Chill for at least 2 hours. Tastes delicious as a spread on baguette, ciabatta, and other light breads. Tip for leftovers: Mix with grated cheese and spread on toast, bake in the oven until golden brown, and serve with a freshly dressed salad. WW: 5 P. for the whole spread.
