Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • n. B. Oil
  • Spice(s) of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the ground meat in a bowl. Place the peeled potatoes, garlic cloves, and onions in a food processor and chop using the slicer attachment. Then add the egg and blend thoroughly. Add the mixture to the bowl with the ground meat and season to taste. I like to use potato seasoning and salt. Season generously, otherwise the flavor will be lost after frying. Heat a pan with oil, form even-sized patties, and fry until browned.
