Grilled ice cream in yufka dough

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 10 yufka dough sheets
  • 500 g vanilla ice cream
  • 50 g butter
  • oil
  • Honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 12 minutes

Brush the yufka sheets with melted butter. Place a 50g slice of ice cream on each sheet. Fold the sheets together so that several layers of dough are wrapped around the ice cream. Wrap the sheets individually in parchment paper and freeze for at least 2 hours. Immediately before grilling, remove from the paper and brush with oil. Grill on the hot grill for 1 minute on each side. Serve drizzled with honey.
