Marinated Zucchini
The perfect marinated zucchini recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 yellow Zucchini
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 branch Rosemary
- 1 branch Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Beef broth
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 200 ml Water
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sugar
- Sesame oil
- Wash the zucchini, cut into slices, put in a sieve and sprinkle vigorously with salt, mix well and let stand for 30 minutes – drain
- Rinse off the remaining spices, slice zucchini and pat dry
- Now heat some sesame oil in a pan and fry the zucchini slices in portions, degrease a little on kitchen paper.
- Pour water into the roasting fat, add the stock, garlic, 2 dashes of lemon juice and the herbs, season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar, stir everything well and pour over the zucchini slices.
- Let everything soak through, ideally overnight goes well with a barbecue evening – let it taste good to you
