Marinated Zucchini

The perfect marinated zucchini recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 yellow Zucchini
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 branch Rosemary
  • 1 branch Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Beef broth
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 200 ml Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  • Sesame oil
  1. Wash the zucchini, cut into slices, put in a sieve and sprinkle vigorously with salt, mix well and let stand for 30 minutes – drain
  2. Rinse off the remaining spices, slice zucchini and pat dry
  3. Now heat some sesame oil in a pan and fry the zucchini slices in portions, degrease a little on kitchen paper.
  4. Pour water into the roasting fat, add the stock, garlic, 2 dashes of lemon juice and the herbs, season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar, stir everything well and pour over the zucchini slices.
  5. Let everything soak through, ideally overnight goes well with a barbecue evening – let it taste good to you
