Finger Food – Zucchini Rolls – Marinated
The perfect finger food – zucchini rolls – marinated recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
for the rolls
- 2 Pc Zucchini
- 2 el Oil
- Seasoned Salt
for the filling
- 200 g Salted cheese
- 1 tbsp Herbal mixture Italian
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese with herbs
for the marinade
- 1 Cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 2 tsp Herbal mixture Italian
- 1 kl. Chili pepper finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Prepare zucchini
- Slice the zucchini lengthways – season a little – heat oil in a pan – fry the zucchini in portions – degrease a little on kitchen paper – place the slices next to each other –
Prepare the filling
- Crumble the salted cheese and mix with the cream cheese and the spices –
marinade
- Mix all ingredients together and season to taste
Finish the rolls
- Spread the filling on the zucchini slices – about halfway through – then roll up from the cheese layer – fix with skewers – now place the rolls in a form with a high rim and drizzle with the marinade – about 24 hours. to let go –
