Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup sour cream (use the cup as an additional measure!)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup hazelnuts or almonds, grated
- 1 cup instant cocoa powder (e.g. Kaba)
- ½ cup oil
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Delicious, moist cake that keeps well.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with a mixer for 5 minutes. Then spread the mixture into a greased loaf or Bundt cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 60-70 minutes on the bottom rack. It keeps forever and always tastes delicious.
