Juicy apple muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter, melted
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 30 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 30 g chocolate shavings
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • 2 large apples
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cream the butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Then gradually stir in the remaining ingredients. Peel the apples, cut them into small pieces, and fold them into the batter. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups and fill with the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
