Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 75 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 150 g margarine
- Fat for the mold
- 4 apples, chopped
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g flour
- 100 g margarine
- possibly cinnamon if needed
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Combine all the base ingredients in a bowl and mix. Chill for about 20 minutes. Grease a springform pan. Pour the batter into the pan, spread it out, and top with the chopped apples. Combine all the crumble ingredients in a bowl and mix/knead. Sprinkle the crumble over the cake. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes.
