Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 jar chickpeas
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 3 artichoke hearts (can)
  • 1 small can of peas and carrots
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 200 ml oat cream (oat cream cuisine)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the chickpeas in a saucepan and roughly mash (e.g., with a fork or potato masher). Finely dice the onion. Drain the artichoke hearts and cut into small pieces. Mix them with the chickpeas, onion, peas, carrots, soy sauce, and oat cream. Bring to a boil briefly, stirring occasionally, and season with salt and pepper. Serve with rice.
