Ice cream "Tanja" with gingerbread, cinnamon, nougat and chocolate

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 ml UHT milk, low-fat
  • 400 ml cream
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 55 g sugar
  • 60 g honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp gingerbread spice
  • ½ tsp vanilla powder
  • 75 g nougat (nougat)
  • 75 g chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with a Christmassy flair, preparation without cooking

Break the nougat and chocolate into small pieces. Combine all other ingredients except the cream in a bowl. Boiling is not necessary! Strain the mixture through a sieve. Whip the cream until fluffy and carefully fold in. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker. Add the nougat and chocolate pieces just before the ice cream is ready.
