Kinderriegel liqueur

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 chocolate bars (Kinder bars)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 300 ml milk
  • 200 ml vodka
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 cup of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 hours 15 minutes

Cut or break the Kinder Bars into pieces. Heat the milk in a saucepan, but do not let it boil. Once the milk is warm, add the Kinder Bars and mix well. While the Kinder Bars are melting in the warm milk, add the vanilla sugar and sugar. You can usually turn off the heat at this point. Continue stirring so that the sugar can dissolve well. Then add the cream while stirring. Finally, add the vodka, stir well again, and pour the liqueur into bottles. Chill everything and enjoy later. Because of the milk and cream, the liqueur doesn’t keep forever, although in my experience it doesn’t keep for long anyway because of the really good taste. The ingredients are for 10 Kinder Bars, so you can vary them.
