Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 150 g quark
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 kg plum(s)
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Using the dough hook of a mixer, combine the egg, sugar, quark, oil, baking powder, salt, and flour into a dough and place it on a greased and breadcrumbed baking sheet. Pit the plums, cut a hole in the middle, and slice each half open so the fruit can be opened completely. Place the plums on the dough or lay them flat on the dough. This batter is large enough for a medium-sized baking sheet. For the crumble, crumble the ingredients together using your fingers and sprinkle the crumble over the plums. Now simply place it in the oven and bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.
