Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups sugar
- 75 g cocoa
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 cup of boiling water
Instructions

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, then add the cocoa, oil, and milk. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir in. Finally, stir in the water. Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for about 1 hour. It’s best to use baking paper, as the batter tends to stick to the pan.
