Nut cake with quark

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • some rum
  • possibly powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

delicious and super juicy!

Preheat oven to 180°C. Stir the ingredients one by one into a batter. Pour into a greased baking pan and bake for about 1 hour. Turn the cake out after 5 minutes and let it cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
