Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 salmon steak(s), with skin, fresh
- 1 pack of herb butter
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Heat a pan and melt half of the herb butter in it. Wash the salmon steaks and pat them dry, season with salt and pepper, and add them to the hot pan. Fry the steaks for 3-5 minutes per side, turning occasionally. Cooking time: approximately 10 minutes (or a little longer depending on the thickness of the steaks). Finally, melt the remaining herb butter in the pan and serve with the salmon and the side dishes. I like to serve this with basmati rice and a fresh salad.
