Chocolate Ice Cream

The perfect chocolate ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 100 g Dates
  • 12 g Baking cocoa
  1. First soak the dates in warm water and then puree them.
  2. Then mix all the ingredients together (I had everything in the mixer / blender). Put in molds and freeze. Tip: Definitely freeze overnight if you use balls like the one in the picture. A few hours are not enough here.
