Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cup(s) dough (Hermann dough)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cup(s) Desiccated coconut , fine
  • 1 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 cup(s) milk
  • ½ cup(s) oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Moist and fluffy cake made from Hermann dough

Place the Hermann dough in a large bowl and first stir in the flour, salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Then add the milk, oil, eggs, and baking powder and mix well. Finally, stir in the coconut flakes. Pour the dough into a well-greased bundt cake pan or loaf pan and bake at 180°C for 50 minutes. Important: Just as with the 10-day Hermann care, do not use metal bowls, whisks, or metal spoons during preparation. The cake will be beautifully light and moist.
